FIXED: Problems because of Gmail changes

Google has pushed out some internal Gmail changes. Because of this, a couple of Mailplane features stopped working. This release fixes problems in these areas:

• Keyboard shortcuts, menu items, toolbar items like "Send", "Discard", "Apply Remove Label"
• Tweak UI settings like "hide spam counter"
• Attachment handling
• Unread message counter
