I am sick and tired of having to every time update and then reenter my Gmail details and reinstall the licence because mailplane somehow looses all this information…. Mailplane is an ok app but then so is the Gmail Web Service.

Please sort this problem out or you’ll be one customer down.

Dear Raymond Lang

Mailplane stores the license in the its preferences. It will never delete the preference file or the license information.

One possible problem could be a “smart uninstaller” application: Everytime you update Mailplane it’ll remove all Mailplane settings and the Mailplane license. Do you use such a software on your Mac?

Thanks.
Ruben
