Use boomerang in Mailplane

2. It reminds you when to follow up on an email
3. It reminds you when you didn't hear back

To enable Boomerang in Mailplane:

1. Open Preferences > Accounts
2. Click the "Plug-Ins" tab
3. Enable "Boomerang"
