I love how Mailplane lets me use Gmail like an app. Now no matter where I go, I'm certain that my email will just work and I don't need to leave a program up to do my filters.
I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know what a great app Mailplane is. I have been a user since you first opened it up as a beta. There was a point when I stopped using Mailplane. After a few months I started to feel like I was missing something so I reinstalled the program and use it daily. It was sort of like I needed to leave it for a while to truly appreciate what a great program you have. While I know that there will be an upgrade charge at some point, your diligent upgrading without charging is also much appreciated.

I was originally drawn to Mailplane as a convenient way to separate Gmail from my browser, but I have grown especially fond of Mailplane's many little extras -- for example, "Copy as Mailplane URL". I use that a lot to save links to threads in BusyCal, and I find it so useful that I've taken to sending Bccs to my Gmail (Mailplane) account from Eudora, just for the ability to make any specific thread instantly accessible from other apps. Of course there are many other reasons I like Mailplane, and I am duly impressed by your prompt attention to bug reports like this one -- so many thanks from a very satisfied customer!
Just wanted to complement you on Mailplane, it is the best app I've found in years and has enabled me to replace multiple hacks (e.g. Thunderbird running just to send Growl notifications to give iPhone mail notifications)

First, let me say how much I love mailplane. I manage 8 different gmail accounts and that would just be impossible without it. I also appreciate the active updating that you're doing. It's great when a change in gmail is followed quickly, often within hours, by a Mailplane update that supports it.
Our company has been using google apps for our email for sometime. I must say that as an email program this is truly gorgeous piece of software. Mailplane is awesome. I've only been using it for a few hours and I'm sold. You guys have managed to make Gmail so much more powerful. This week, I'm migrating my dad and his home biz from Windows/Outlook to Mac/Gmail. This program is going to make it so much easier for him. I think you've got a great idea and a great product here because I love my Gmail and I've always wanted the power of email client with a webmail account.
I've had Mailplane for a while and love it. I've tried other mail applications in using my gmail account, but nothing does the job quite as well as gmail itself, so Mailplane is perfect for me.
I love this app! This was one of the better app purchases I've ever made. The OmniFocus was the killer feature for me, and I make use of it constantly.

I've been a beta testing for a while now, switched to the new Leopard Mail and back again to the gmail interface in Mailplane - it is just so much more productive and faster than trying to use Mail even with IMAP!
