Mailplane 2.1.8 released

Release notes:

• NEW: Swedish translation by René Hedemyr - thanks René!
• FIX: Drag and drop images from Safari and Firefox
• FIX: Unsaved changed dialog didn't close automatically.
• FIX: Send/Save/Discard/Apply and Remove Label menu items/toolbar buttons/keyboard shortcut stopped work because of some Gmail changes.
• FIX: Better handling of Socialwok gadget errors (causes too many redirects because of missing cookies)
