Mailplane 2.2.1 released

Release notes:

• FIX: Accounts migrated to the new infrastructure for Google Apps accounts could not sign in.
• FIX: Mailplane signatures were always inserted when using the user_script bcc feature and changing the email sender.
• FIX: Clicking "Back to inbox" after clicking a Growl notification didn't open the right inbox (for example Priority Inbox).
• FIX: User styles didn't get loaded into separate windows
