Is Mailplane a subscription service? Are there any recurring fees?

No, Mailplane is not a subscription service. You pay for a Mailplane 4.x license. It’s not time limited in any way and there are no recurring fees. All updates within a major version (say from 4.0 to 4.1) are included in the purchase price.

I can not find my license. Can I get a new one?

Sure thing. Write us to support@mailplaneapp.com and tell us the name and/or email address you bought the license with.

Can I use Mailplane on different Macs?

Yes, you can. Install your Mailplane license on any Mac you use.

Can I buy Mailplane in the Mac AppStore?

Unfortunately, no. We’ll never say never, but we don’t have plans to sell Mailplane in the Mac App Store.
